When company listed in stock market i.e in nse and bse and take some permission of sebi, nsdl, cdsl and govt. before some time they listed company formation is important otherwise business has not worked. Therefor company formation and operation these factors are very important before listing. The causes for listing is raised a capital for expansion of company business. Then we are focused on first; company, company formation, company structure, company operation. And after that we will studied how our job i.e trading and investment, our means we are shareholder or capital investor not exactly direct, actual, real related to company but on the extreme point we joint to them.

What is company and types of companies

A company is a legal entity formed by a group of individuals to engage in and operate a business commercial or industrial enterprise. A company may be organized in various ways for tax and financial liability purposes depending on the corporate law of its jurisdiction.

There are main two types of companies’ one public limited company other one is private limited company.

Corporation is a legal entity that is separate and distinct from its owners corporations enjoy most of the rights and responsibilities that individuals possess; they can enter contract, loan and borrow money, hire employees, own assets, and pay taxes. Some refer to it as a legal person.

Operation of company

In above image we see company structure. Shareholder are only investor and they are not in the role of operation or working process of company anywhere. Whole company are operate by board of director, chairmen, chief executive officer in real action. Daily working routine or schedule of company are based on CEO, chairmen, board of directors. When shareholder buy share of company then there is full stop role over for shareholder after that all process handled by directorate body and company manpower. We see in the above structure there are many department to process predefined work which scheduled, in there production, sales, marketing, purchase, IT, retail store, warehouse and logistic, HR, accounts etc. But somewhere shareholder have right to vote in decision making of company policies this minimum role play shareholder.
